Opportunities

Forum

1) Forum

A Forum is a judgment-free, confidential and safe environment for 6-10 Forum-trained members. A Forum must have a constitution and regularly scheduled meetings led by a trained moderator that include a structured agenda with 5% Reflections and Deep Dives.

Offered in four formats:

  • Chapter Forum

This is the core Forum experience for all members. It brings entrepreneurs together for member-to-member learning through confidential, Forum Mindset experience sharing.

A quarterly regional Forum offers you the opportunity for a broader perspective in peer- to-peer sharing and social connection through a multi-day event with Forum meetings, networking and unique experiences.

  • Experience Forum

An open-source, global Forum format that allows you to build your own curated experience focused on a specific interest or topic among like-minded peers.

  • SLP Forum

Members’ spouses and life partners can access EO support through this Forum of their peers and share the understanding of how a confidential group, with a shared focus, can benefit growth in all facets of life.

EO has provided me with a great, trusted circle of friends. I have been in a Forum for 14 years, with primarily the same 10 guys. I attribute so much of Spanx’s success to the advice I’ve received from these brilliant business owners in the trusted, confidential EO format.
– Sara Blakely, Founder of Spanx (EO Atlanta)
Trusting my Forum was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. As I walked away from my Forum that day, I felt very thankful, hopeful, optimistic and glad to be a part of such a supportive team.
