Accelerator is designed to give you the tools, direction, and feedback you need to propel your business above $1 million in annual revenue in 3 years or less. Accelerator is loaded with super talented and motivated entrepreneurs with a passion for growth and success. Being an EO Accelerator member also gives you access to a terrific pool of talented EO members, panelists, and exclusive EO events throughout the year. EOA is centered around four main pillars:
Quarterly Learning Days focus on four main points: People, Strategy, Execution, Cash
Lessons Over Lunch which features panels and presentations from subject matter experts (usually EO members) on subjects such as branding, marketing, SEO/SEM, Sales, and legal issues.
EOA Retreat blends one of our learning days with fun social events over a two-day period.
Monthly Accountability Groups where members share challenges and experiences in order to help one another achieve their aggressive business growth goals over the course of a year.

Qualifications
This program is designed to help companies scale up. To qualify for the EO Accelerator program, you must be an owner or co-founder of a business with plans to grow revenue by 3x and/or over $1m within the next three years. Participants ideally have 1 or more employees and must be working on their business full time. Applications are reviewed and approved by the EO board to make sure participants will benefit from the program. Participants are expected to participate in at least 4 full day meetings in a year (Quarterly meetings), 4 hours per months for monthly peer meetings.
The Process

The purpose of the call is to learn more about you as an entrepreneur and your business to ensure that it is a good fit for the program. There are a limited amount of seats available so we want to make sure that all members are aligned in their goals and aspirations for success.
