My name is Chelsey Buck. I was born and raised in Fergus Falls, Minnesota. I went to college at the University of North Dakota for finance and accounting and practiced for a few years as a public accountant in North Dakota. I then moved back to Minnesota for law school and currently live in St. Paul with my husband of four years.

I am currently a corporate attorney at Lathrop GPM LLP, a full service law firm located in downtown Minneapolis. I counsel businesses in all industries throughout their entire life cycles – at formation, with debt and equity financings, with day-to-day corporate matters, including contract negotiations and corporate governance, and at exist, with merger and acquisition transactions. I’ve also previously participated as a judge of the Minnesota Cup, an annual competition and series of events for emerging entrepreneurs across the state.

Outside of practicing law, I love traveling and spending time with my husband and our friends and family – in particular, up north at our family lake cabin (in the pontoon).
